The Far Niente Main House, pictured on the left, is a luxurious 3 story gulf front mansion with a connecting guest house that can be rented together or seperately. The main house sleeps 13 guests across three stories of living space. The third floor has 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size and 2 bunks with 2 baths available. The second floor has 1 bedroom with a Full size bed and a full bathroom. The first floor is furnished with 2 queen beds and has a full bathroom.
House amenities include a whirlpool bath, a surround sound stereo system, 50" TV, VCR / DVD player, 2 spacious porches, and fireplaces. In addition, 3 sets of complimentary beach chairs with umbrellas are provided for guests of Far Niente. Walk off of the private dune walkover onto the beach and enjoy these complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas just feet from the waters edge.
The Far Niente Guest House is located directly behind the main house. It is a lovely 2 story guest house with a connecting walkway to the main house. This house has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, as well as a sleeper for additional guests. Enjoy the beautiful gulf view from the 2nd floor living room.
